Our Viognier is a medium bodied, dry white that encompasses hints of flower blossoms, honey and pineapple. Our 2005 Viognier has a very nice light straw color. The nose is BIG (seriously, like Pinocchio big): it starts out with all the floral Viognier notes you expect, then the fruit tones like nectarine and apple fall on your head like a Sir Isaac Newton daydream until the citrus and tropical fruit aromas take over and bring you back to reality and send you racing for the nearest hammock on a beach.
